Continuing Care Centre

The Continuing Care Centre is part of St Peter & St James which is located on the border of Wivelsfield Green and North Chailey in East Sussex.

The Continuing Care Centre caters for patients with a wide range of progressive illnesses requiring long-term care. These include:-

  • Motor Neurone Disease
  • Parkinson's Disease
  • Multiple Sclerosis
  • Traumatic brain impairment
  • HIV and AIDS
  • Respiratory or Cardiac disease
  • Stroke
  • Any other progressive illness
  • During their stay, patients will benefit from 24 hour care and the full range of services available at St Peter & St James.

    Funding

    Patients may be funded by Social Services, Health Funding or private funding depending on their individual circumstances. Maggie Galletly, our Clinical Services Manager, will assess a patient's needs and discuss various options with the appropriate funding sources prior to admission.

    We welcome referrals, if appropriate from other Counties such as Kent or Surrey.
