Remembrance Garden

The St Peter & St James’ Hospice Remembrance Garden is a special place for family and friends to visit to remember and celebrate the lives of their loved ones, by lighting a candle, leaving a thought or memory or raising money in their name.

All the donations we receive in memory will go towards helping the Hospice to continue to provide exceptional care for the community it serves.
